Data Deletion Policy

You can delete your data at any time. Here's how to do it.

At SyncVia, you can delete your data at any time. We believe in giving you full control over your information. You may also revoke SyncVia's access at any time from your Etsy 'App Connections' page.

1. Disconnecting Integrations

You may disconnect your Etsy or QuickBooks account directly through:

  • Your Etsy "App Connections" page, or
  • Your QuickBooks Online "Connected Apps" dashboard.

When you disconnect, SyncVia immediately loses access to your account and begins automatic cleanup of any linked data.

2. Deleting Stored Data

If you wish to delete all data stored by SyncVia (including logs, totals, and sync history):

  • Send an email to support@syncvia.co using the same email address associated with your SyncVia account, or
  • Click the "Delete My Data" option inside your SyncVia dashboard (if available).

We will permanently delete all personal and sync-related data within 30 days of receiving the request or disconnection, unless retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

3. Verification & Confirmation

For security, we verify deletion requests before processing.

Once complete, you'll receive confirmation by email.

4. Third-Party Data

Data stored within Etsy or QuickBooks remains under their control.

Deleting your SyncVia account does not delete your Etsy or QuickBooks data. Please refer to their respective policies for more information.
